General facilities

All units come with basic facilities including the following: - ceiling fan in living hall and in each room, - a trendy Mistral tower fan in dining area, - 6.5-10kg fully automatic washing machine, - 260-300Liter 2-door fridge with freezer at the bottom (energy saving), - one large dining table and a large common study table (solid wood or glass) in living hall, - at least one set of sofa (metroview condo and townhouse 2 sets each), - 2 kitchen cabinets, - a 1800W Khind modern induction cooker (not stove), - at least one shoes cabinet, - heater in each bathroom. - Master, medium and small rooms are equipped with 2, 2, 1 matresses (between 3 to 6 inch) and 2, 1, 1 wooden wardrobe respectively. Each room is also provided with a single wooden bedframe. - Each property is also supplied with a re-keyable Yale lock and a water filter! - Each room is also supplied with at least one wooden study table with lockable drawers. - Each property is also supplied with at least one large wooden bookshelves (two at metroview condo and pv6). - Some rooms (metroview townhouse and PV6) are also supplied with 3-drawer chest and/or glass chest of drawer! - Each premise is also supplied with a tv rack (5 ft onwards) and we endeavour to provide a tv soon (currently PV5 comes with a 21' tv and PV3 comes with a 29' tv ). - Phillips decorative and energy-saving lightings are currently being installed gradually to minimise disruption. -Each premise is currently installed with a basic water filter. For the sake of health and convenience, we endeavour to install an automatic water machine with both cold and hot water supply by 2011. -Each room is now equipped with 1-2 Ikea's wall shelve(s) and 1-2 Ikea's wooden cloth wall-hanger to offer more space for the room. -Each bathroom is now equipped with 1 Ikea's mirror. -Wall mounting Aircon is available on request, just add RM20-30 per month as rental.
